I teach bellydance as a form of meditation that allows us all to honor feminine power and help restore the balance of feminine and masculine energies. When we bellydance with eyes shut and with full intention we awaken the wisdom within, connecting to energies other than the mundane and create a transformative space where we can experience ourselves differently. Reconnecting to aspects of feminine power can mean getting in touch with our sensuality, sexuality, wisdom, joy and integration of different aspects of ourselves |
